Hey how are you?

It’s been almost a year since I last shared something here. Apparently, I didn’t renew my domain and WP premium account. So much things happened since last year. Covid-19 is still here, work from home, bad news and some great news.

I want to start blogging again and I’m not sure which one to share first. 😅 But I guess, let me start with the books I’m recently into. Recently, I started buying novel books. Specifically murder and supense thrillers. Then I got some sort of anxiety that made me feel that nothing is going to be okay here on earth so I felt the urge to focus on the bible and to know more about God. Then I purchased a number of books (preloved and brand new). I got Daniel, Esther, Elijah, Mary Magdalene and a couple of books more.

As I read them, I felt more interested in the characters in the bible. I also enjoy the fact that those scenes really happened a hundred thousand years back. My curiosity deepend as I read these real life stories. A few questions left in my mind:

1. Did God created everything literally in just 7 days? Or there were interval following his own time.

2. Where is Garden of Eden exactly?

3. Which came first, Adam and Eve or the dinosaurs? What’s the interval?

3. Elijah, didn’t die? Was he just ascended by God?

4. I never thought that King David has more than 6 wives. And it looks like he also married his own Mother in Law. (Not confirmed but it looks like it.)

5. Who are the wives of Cain and Abel?

Yes I did my own research, but most of them remains a mystery. Science also contradicts the things stated in the Bible, including the timeline. But again, I’m just a curious girl and I don’t need evidences from Science to prove that there is God. Because it is not faith. I’d say, God’s power and knowledge is way beyond human’s understanding.

I’ll continue collecting Christian books. It amazes me how people in the past closely engaged with the Lord and all the incredible things happened to the people who remained in faith in him.
