Day 4 – Mother’s Day Thoughts

There are countless happy moments with our kids and we always like to reminisce those and tend to avoid discussing the sad times. But hey, it’s the latter moments that makes us realize how fragile us Mothers and it reveals how much we love them.

Primo is a very energetic kid, he is so playful and likes to explore. The most curious kid I know! Yet, he’s very clingy and likes to be close to me at all times. He likes biting me on my legs and there was a time it actually bled and I screamed my lungs out because it was terribly painful, I want to cry! He laughed so hard thought we were still playing. I got mad ofcourse! Believe me, it’s a cliche that having a kid will bring the best in you. But, i guess, all Moms will agree somehow, that it will also bring the BEAST in you! Haha! Patience to the highest level, Momsh!

Kidding aside, things like this, will make you realize that no matter what they do, how it hurts you, you really can’t stay mad at them. At the end of the day, you’ll look at your child, sleeping soundly, and you’ll say, “Lord, you are amazing, I got this child here and I never knew I am this strong, loving and patient to raise him.”

Happy Mother’s day to all! Moms, Single Moms, Furmoms, Single-Dads caring for their LO, Titas caring for their nieces/nephews, and Plantmoms too! Everyone who tends to a young one with genuine love and care is a “Mom”. ❤️
