Crash Landing On You

I never thought I’ll be writing something for a Korean Drama Series. After Meteor Garden, Winter Sonata and Kim Sam Soon which were aired more than a decade ago, I haven’t watched any other Korean Drama until I decided to give it a try for Crash Landing On You. I rarely watch something that is so hype on social media. As it sucks the excitement of the story. I always choose to be away of the crowd. Because the keyboard warriors are always up to spoil it! Like Game of Thrones, I watched the first few seasons and they’re all great but it gets so popular that I lost my appetite and stopped watching it.

Anyway, going back to Crash Landing On You. I really thought that it’s just any other Love Story that will just make you feel in love, cheesy and all the goodness that love brings you. I was wrong, I did not fall for Hyun Bin because he looks good or because Son Ye-jin has a next to goddess skin or the story has a faux cinderella story – as what the others has said. But I am certain that I fell in love to the story itself. May I also add the secondary couple who also made me cry, laugh and awakens all the nerves in my body! How I wished I could change the story and make it lovelier for them.

 

The story get so intense that will make you want to finish the whole season in one sitting! I don’t want to elaborate what really happened for the benefit of those who haven’t watched it yet. But all I can say is, this is really a good pick if you’re looking for something to watch. It has 16 episodes with about an hour and a half each. The story is really amazing! It’s worthy of your time!
