I guess, I’m just tired hearing people say I’m huge, I’m getting bigger, I still look preggy even if Primo is turning 2 already. So today, I’m gonna start a new diet plan and exercise routine. I will also start my day at 5am during weekdays. I have downloaded some apps that will help me with my new fitness journey.
Here’s my meal plan for today. I will try to drink as much water as I can to survive my day.
Current weight is 60kg. Goal weight is 50kg.
I plan to lose 1kg per week. Oh God! Help me!
